Over the years, I’ve been through (and put myself through) a lot – from crazy highs and manic lows. I’ve experienced some amazing things from jobs I’ve done, places I’ve been to and people I’ve met.

You’ll have access to a variety of workouts that you can do anytime, anywhere, with or without equipment.

While my coaching sessions are one to one, I also offer a supportive community where you can interact, chat, make friends, and share your stories with likeminded people. We are a friendly bunch, everyone is welcome.

One to One (Unlimited) Support
The level of support I offer my clients in my coaching programme is second to none. With regular check ins (twice weekly), I provide the support you need to ensure you stay motivated, accountable and on track towards your goals.
The twice weekly check-ins with your personal coach will assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. During these check-ins, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss any challenges you may be facing and receive guidance and support from me to help you overcome them.
I also provide access to a supportive community where clients can connect, share their experiences and receive encouragement from others on a similar journey.
With my online coaching programme, you’ll never feel alone on your journey towards better health and fitness.

True wellness is achieved through a holistic approach. I recognise that the mind and your behaviours play a crucial role in achieving optimal health and fitness, and therefore I take a comprehensive approach to my coaching which encompasses all three aspects – body, mind and behaviours.
