I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredible clients in recent months, helping them on their way to becoming healthier, happier and more confident inside and out. Every client has their own story to tell, they’ve experienced ups and downs, challenges and setbacks, but they’ve come out the other side stronger and happier than ever before. If you’re unsure about working with a coach, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed and maybe a little apprehensive about stepping into the unknown. However, if you’re willing to put in the work and follow my advice to the letter, there’s no reason why you can’t become another of my success stories.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are poweful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually who are you not to be? You playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking, so that other people won’t feel secure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

My Approach
Consult
The first step is a consultation – by video or phone if you prefer. Its a friendly chat where I gather information about you, your current situation and your goals. I get to know you as a person – your likes, dislikes, interests, habits and routines so I can create a full picture of your lifestyle. The more information I have, the more I’ve got to work with. The call will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions and for us to get to know each other to see if we are a good fit to work together.
Plan
If you decide to work with me following our consultation call, I will get to work creating a tailored plan to meet your goals. I will use the information you provided in the consultation to build a plan based on your fitness goals, nutritional needs and some scientific stuff too. And don’t worry, the plans will be updated regularly as your journey progresses. We will review and adjust based on results.
Coach
Once your plans are up and running you’re ready to get started. We’ll have regular check-ins for accountability and motivation and I’ll be available both in the WhatsApp group and directly to offer any advice, guidance or support you need. Coaching will be on a rolling month to month basis with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. I make your coaching experience enjoyable and fun so you enjoy the process and you take away with you habits and systems that will last a lifetime.
